Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
* Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
* No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
* This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you—and often cannot be filled on short notice—I must apply this policy consistently to all clients.
